Shipping + Returns
Thank you so much for trusting us with your lashes and brows. If for any reason our products do not suit your needs, we offer free returns within 30 days.
Circe online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays).
When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, like your tracking number with USPS. All order are made with USPS 3-day shipping. If you have an active account, tracking information will also be updated for each order in the My Account section of our website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. We accept returns free of charge.
TO REQUEST A RETURN:
1. Email email@example.com with the following information so that we can process your return and send you a pre-paid return label as quickly as possible.
- Order Number
- Items to be Returned
- Date of Order
- Your Full Name
- Your Full Address
A Circe customer care agent will contact you within 2 business days with your pre-paid return label.
2. Pack your products into a box with the original packing slip and affix the pre-paid returns label to the front before shipping.
Please allow up to 14 business days for returns processing once your return has been received at the warehouse.
